FANTASYZE! WEEK 6a - Friend Island edition



Heya friend! Welcome to Week 6!!! Workout 1 of 3!! You're now a runner, past half way, making dreams become reality! This is serious now, no time for jokes.

AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: This week there is 3 seperate downloads, so i'll make 3 seperate posts for them, with workout 2 & 3 going up in the next 23.2 hours.

This week my magical special guest stars are many fold, hence the title Friend Island. I had a bunch of buddies make me an album for my birthday, and I love it so much I wanted to make a Fantasyze out of it, so for the most part, this is from that CD, plus some other tracks from other friends, or tracks i've made for friends. Friend Island, indeed!!!

As you can see from the schedule, it's getting more and more full on, but it's not hard for you now, as you're a professional!!! Cool!!! Enjoy the fitness-isation!

FANTASYZE! WEEK 5a!!! WORKOUT 1 of 3!! Feat. Bambi from the Amazing Phillips Sisters



HELLOO!!! Welcome to Week 5! You doing the workouts, or just chilling to the rad jams? Either way, congrats for making it thus far!

PLEASE NOTE: This week there is 3 seperate downloads, so i'll make 3 seperate posts for them, with workout 2 & 3 going up tomorrow hopefully.

This week my magical special guest star is none other than the fantastical Bambi from the Amazing Phillips Sisters. I went down to melbourne and spent too few hours cooking up this genius party, but they were good hours. This shit is a trip, no doubt.

I've fallen a week behind in my runs because I had a week of celebration of being alive another year, so i'm on the catch up, but fitness knows no time, only results. Thanks to everyone who's written in, it's awesome to hear your sticking with it!!! It's also good to hear that people are doing this just for the benefit of getting fitter and not in a weight hunt, as that's the whole point. Scales can eat the poops, it's all about feeling good!

Ok, so enjoy this week, it's getting harder now, but stick with it, and feel free to repeat any weeks you need, stay on week 3 for 3 weeks if you need to, it's all good!

Yeah, no excuses, but if yr hanging for the run, it'll be up and ready to download in about an hour, so like 6pm Monday night.
Seeing as this week there is 3 seperate mixes for runs, it's going to be a big one! So i'll up day 1 today, and hopefully the other 2 tomorrow, so stay tuned!!

FANTASYZE! WEEK 4 - feat. SPOD PARTY 2!

Hey ho! So it's kinda like nearly half way! What a trip! Have you been doing the workouts? If so, drop me a line @ fantasyze@spod.com.au, i'd love to hear about it!

So this week was to be special guests, but due to circumstances such as the existance of time and space, it couldn't happen, but i've got something even better! More unreleased SPOD jams! I've basically given away a full, long album already! And there's more to come!

The workout is a little more brutal now, but if you've been following the program, it's super easy! 3 times this week! Do it!

Fantasyze, media and YOU!!!!

So how is everyone going? You working out?? If you're downloading Fantasyze and doing the program, or just listening to the jams, or whatever you're doing, I want to hear about it!!! Throw me an email at fantasyze@spod.com.au and give me tales of the bucketbong frenzy you and your chill brahz are maxin' out to fantaszye with, or how you're rigidly following the workout regieme and reaping the benefits of fitness, or if you're just listening to the jams driving a bus. Whatever!! I'd like to keep this blog updated with the community side to Fantasyze and see if it's helping peoples lives in anyway!

Fantasyze has been a wonderous hit thus far! A few points of note would be;

FANTASYZE! WEEK 3 featuring SPOD remixes

Hey fantasyzers!!! Congrats for making it to week 3, and thank you for making us the number one HEATH podcast on itunes!! We're even destroying Oprah! Amazing!!! Fantasyze is now starting to happen for real! I'm feeling really good, even though i'm a run behind because of overmaximising my time in the Party Zone, which is also why this week is a bit behind time wise, but this is why we fantasyze, to maximize our PZ time. I was in at Triple J this morning and played some of week 2, so if that brought you here, hello! 2SER are getting totally behind it, as are RRR in melbourne, playing full episodes. Legends.
